Date:09-01-2022 Dear Parents
As news of the 'THIRD WAVE' is on the way to becoming a reality, the Government too has withdrawn the earlier relaxations. It is clear now that we will have to manage with 'ONLINE CLASSES' only. Like I have said earlier too, there is nothing wrong or 'less valuable' in online classes. Rather there is a possibility of making the content even more 'valuable' by adding interesting videos and leaving out wasteful 'noise' or 'clutter' that is a usual part of Offline interactions. But LEARNING (and ASSIMILATION) can be better only if the child is SERIOUS and you, as parents are WATCHFUL. Let us all therefore, reorientate ourselves to cope with the situation. Some key elements in this 'Reorientation' process are :-

1. We need to impress upon the child that online classes are NO LESS, rather equally good, if not better.
2. Spend money on good (High Speed) Internet Connection.This is NOT expenditure but an 'INVESTMENT' actually.There should be no chance of your child missing the online class content because of poor internet connectivity.
3. If possible, be there when the classes are going on. If you can stay with your child, you will also be able to appreciate how efficient and innovative the teachers are and how effectively they are imparting their online lesson content. Needless to add that your experience will end up training you too, in the art of teaching, influencing, and communication.
4. Let there be no negative expression of doubt, or anxiety on your face, because any such expression will automatically pass on to the child too. Let us all talk positively and keep the environment and ambience of our home positive. There may be ongoing issues in your business or Work life due to the covid challenge, do not keep talking about these and pass the stress on to your child too.
5. Play some indoor game(s) with your children as they are not likely to be getting much recreational outdoor outlet.
6. Help the child in continuing with written practice too, an opportunity for which the child may not be getting due to 'online classes'.
7. Make the child sit for online classes in school uniform at a proper table & chair and convert your house into a mini classroom.This will help the child in maintaining due decorum and focus.

May I add that Corona (or Omicron) this time is mild(er) and physically it may not harm much but mentally it is creating similar pressure as before. We need to 'follow the master' i.e. Instructions of medical agencies, 'face the devil', 'fight till end' and 'finish the game' by overcoming the challenges and turning this crisis situation into an ONLINE learning opportunity. Just remember that we are all moving towards the online age where most transactions and communications are going to take place ONLINE...Earlier our children get used to 'online' life, the better it would be for them in the long run. Once again looking for your cooperation, in the best interest of your children.

You may be worried too, just as we are, about the fate of our children as news is spreading about the likelihood of an imminent third wave. No matter how the future unfolds, we have to be prepared to face the devil. Let me assure you at the outset that we are committed to ensure least disruption in our coverage of the syllabus, and we shall devise ways to compensate for any loss that may occur. Over the last two years our teachers have effectively met the challenges of this pandemic situation and they have given their 100% to compensate the loss. Online teaching is no less effective but the problem arises when our young ones do not attend the class seriously & regularly, and it is here that we seek your cooperation. You need to keep a check and supervise them during classes. Let us convert the home into a mini Classroom . Let the child sit on a chair wearing school uniform after getting ready like he or she used to get ready for offline School. This is possible only with your cooperation. Just ask them and check if they are following instructions of their teachers or not. Arrange some revision test for them and check if they have reproduced whatever is being taught. Here let me clarify that your qualification or expertise will not matter as we are not asking for any correction work. We simply want to be vigilant and keep an eye on them. Let us stop seeing news again and again .We should be responsible for ourselves and our family. If for some reason your child is not pulling well in class please utilise these winter vacations to compensate for the loss.Please also maintain regular contact with the Teacher concerned and/or the Principal, for any help in this regard.Rest assured that WE SHALL DEFEAT THE DEVIL this time too.

I would like to extend my gratitude for showing your trust in the school's discretion in conducting an offline exam. Here, my concern is those parents, who want exams to be taken online just like the online classes.

1. It is imperative to send the children to school as they are now desperate to attend school and wish to meet their friends physically. If you do not send them to school, they will be under the clutch of a disease more serious than Corona called depression.
2. We have been trying to motivate the students, to be honest during taking the online exam, but unfortunately children are developing bad habits of using unfair means at home even under the supervision of the parent. It has been observed that almost 40% of children rely on using unfair means to succeed in the exams. Nobody trusts us later when such cases are highlighted by the teachers.
3. When the marks of the students taking offline exams are comparatively less than the marks of the students taking online exams, offline students get demotivated and prefer to take online exams.
4. Now we have arranged transport as per SOP and reduced the ratio from 3 per seat to two following the Covid safety protocols, so we would like to seek your cooperation and appreciation for this move.

We will of course send the question paper to the students opting online mode for a genuine reason if you take care of your children while attempting the question paper. Opting for online/ offline mode will be the criterion for the final assessment at the end of the session as we must encourage our children to be fair whatever the circumstances are. The choice is yours; we shall fight jointly to overcome the challenge.

Once again, we are forced to conduct Online Tests for the children.
In the past, it has been observed that if proper monitoring is not done, the children usually tend to resort to unfair means like cheating during Online Exam. Being immature they possibly do not realise that they are only cheating themselves, and no one else.Needs no emphasis to say that in the long run, this tendency to cheat can only result in severe damage to their career prospects, as well as to their personality in general.
It is therefore requested that you may please sensitise and caution your children to desist from use of any type of unfair means during exams. Kindly also spare some time to supervise their conduct during the Online Exams, to ensure NO use of unfair means.

1. We are looking after 300 EWS children and are providing them free education along with free books .
2. We are providing scholarships to needy meritorious children under KDMS, KDGS.
Parents may apply and seek concession, but it will be possible only of the parents who can afford should not ask for concession by quoting the example of other few schools . If you are willing to compare ours with others , you should do it in all respect ,keeping all the features ,facilities , commitment of staff . just an advice to not to demotivate the staff with your action who are working day and night to save the future of these children .

Life today is quite uncertain because of the Corona Virus.We are living in fear and depression. Because of this uncertainty many children are not able to concentrate on their studies.It can hinder their academic performance. In such a situation, they need your attention. Let me tell you that for them Pariksha Portal, our unique feature, would prove very effective and beneficial. It is a store-house of multiple choice questions, and a child can benefit a lot from this. It will be the ready reckoner for the child. Moreover, the result of the attempt made by the child will be shown as soon as he/she finishes the paper. Through the response he/she would know his/her mistakes. Your only job is to sit with the child and see that he/she is working on it honestly and regularly. I wish all of you a very happy and purposeful new year. Last year was indeed a challenging year. We all faced this challenge and could save ourselves from the ill effects of corona. The staff of DCM Group deserves a pat from you. Let us now have some resolution for this year. I believe and am sure that you will cooperate with us in all our endeavours as the pattern is changing fast with the passage of time. CBSE is now more interested in Concept Based Education and the old concept (of just cramming the book and vomiting out in exams) is gradually vanishing. Your school has already been getting prepared for the same but the time of this change has come a little earlier than we expected. Now we need your enduring help to prepare our children for the future. Let me spell out my expectations from you -
1. CBSE is introducing the Concept Based Education and have assigned 32 marks paper out of 80 to the concept based and it will be possible to score only when the child has understood the concept nicely and clearly. The School has prepared a Pariksha portal for you. We proudly announce that it is the result of the eight years effort of our staff and it will now help the younger generation. You need to sit with the children and change their taste. You and your children will enjoy this Pariksha portal like the KBC of TV serial. While the child attempts the question paper, pass the quality time with them.
2. Lot of children are under the grip of mental agony. Media has made it worse by showing the ugly side of the world. Our children are more worried for their future upto the extent that they are not living in the present. Many of them have just gone out of track. Therefore, it is our moral responsibility to bring them on track by changing their mindset and you need to teach them the lesson of 4F (Follow the master, Face the devil, Fight till end and Finish the game).
3. Simply asking the child to study will not serve the purpose. We need to change the pattern of study as well. Teachers are already doing their duty and now it is your turn to cooperate with the teachers . Motivate them by offering your gratitude for their work. An email of your appreciation works wonders and gives them motivation that someone is appreciating their work . I am doing the same and expecting the same from your side too.
4. We are to make our children GOOD too. The role of imbibing moral values is now increasing day by day. Ask them to participate in the EHV sessions prepared by our teachers with a lot of effort. If you have missed the live EHV session, the recordings are available on the school website. To save the world, we will have to take care of human excellence and environmental excellence beside academic excellence. In order to fly, both wings are necessary. One wing i.e. education is providing information but the other wing is bringing transformation. Both are compulsory. Let us make a resolution to work for a better India and make our children ideal citizens for our country. Let us resolve this for the new year.

To understand the performance of the students, we will have to categorise them into 4 categories:
At the top we have HWHS( High will High Skill)category : Under this exclusive category, we have children who work themselves under all conditions, positive or negative, and do not require any support from their parents. They're not demanding, rather they remain focused on their goals.The ratio of such children is very less.
Next in cart we have LWHS( Low will High Skill) : This category of children work only when someone takes care of their work on a daily basis. They work well under continuous supervision. They are intelligent but get distracted easily . The percentage of children falling in this category is maximum nowadays and this category has suffered a lot during pandemic.
To talk of the 3rd category of students, that is HWLS (High Will Low Skill): they want individual support from the teachers as well as parents . Now teachers are willing to support, provided they ask for. Here the parents' duty is to encourage the child to clear his/her doubts from their teachers.The children falling in this category have enough time these days to make up for the loss.
The last set of students are LWLS (Low Will Low Skill) : This category of children had poor performance graphs during normal working days and now too.
You will now ask why am I telling you all this . The reason is that if your child has scored less in the exams , it is our duty as elders to find out in which category our child falls. Instead of blaming the system of Online education,it would be proper to plan the strategy accordingly. Believe me except the willingness of the child , there is no problem in Online Classes. Rather the teachers are putting in extra efforts to explain the concepts to the students. They constantly use PPT's/Videos to make the learning process more impressive and effective.Let us consult the teachers and try to take out time to guide the child accordingly.

Let us plan the future of our child in advance. If what we want the child to be, is in synch with what the child wants to be and can be too, given his skill sets, attitude and aptitude, it would indeed be the ideal situation. We are already trying to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your child and your cooperation will make our task all the more easier. PARIKSHA Portal has been designed keeping in view the future prospects of the child. Questions are designed as per Bloom Taxonomy and will help us to predict the most suitable career Option for your child. All you have to do is to motivate the child and devote some quality time with him/her. It is the revised version of our Question Bank, the sapling of which was planted 7-8 years earlier. The same Sapling has now developed into a full fledged tree and is ready to bear fruits .
There is an addition too, which you will not find in any of the Question Bank(s) designed by any organisation. This addition comes in the form of EHV( Education in Human Values). We will have to learn to live with Corona. It has become a part of our life. If we analyze the cases of Corona , we will find that the real cause of this is the casual attitude of the people.They do not follow the precautions and fall easy prey. We invite corona when we don't take enough precautions. I just want to share some tips to stay safe happy and healthy:
1. Make your living style healthy. Take a balanced diet,full of green vegetables. Home made fresh food must be preferred.
2. Early to bed and early to rise. This old saying will work wonders.
3. Take warm water, milk with turmeric powder to boost the immunity level.
4. Do exercise for at least 40 minutes. Yoga, Morning walks are of great benefit.
5. Be polite but firm with children.
6. Devote some time to your children. Get involved in some healthy discussions with them, get the status of their studies.
7. See the anecdotal record on a daily basis so that the child may know the seriousness of the same.
8. Offer gratitude to the teachers who are working hard, to save the career of your children.
9 Participate in EHV classes and sometimes visit Online Classes to see the level of the teaching of School.

This is the time where parents have to take the lead and support us, for the smooth running of the learning process. We need your cooperation to resolve the issues of late joining or missing the class for ingenuine reasons by the students. Dear Parents, while observing Online classes what I have noticed is that many of the children join the class late. We tried to counsel them time and again, considering that our duty, but all in vain. They are so stubborn that nothing affects them. As a result, we were forced to give them negative remarks on Anecdotal Portal. Poor network connectivity or low bandwidth is an exceptional excuse that majority of these students give and we feel handicapped and helpless. You as a parent are also very casual . Attending family functions is at the top in your list of priorities. Can't we ask you to spare the child to attend the Classes and join the family function later on. I think it is possible only with your cooperation. Here I have some suggestions for you. Hope you will take them seriously!
1. Please do not think that these Online Classes are just a time pass.Our teachers are putting in their best efforts to prepare their lessons. If you want you can take mobile numbers of the classmates of your ward and talk to their parents to get the feedback about the Online sessions. You will get the true picture.
2. You can yourself sit in class and watch the lesson of teachers.
3. While going for shopping or some other job ,take into consideration the timings of Classes.
4. Learn to manage without mobile at your workplace, in case you have only 1 mobile phone. Your child needs it more than you.
5. Check the anecdotal record of your ward using website on daily or regular basis. Teachers enter both the positive and negative remarks regularly depending upon the performance of the child.
6. As per WHO report we will have to face corona for a longer period. Countries are toiling hard day and night to get the vaccine, but still it is a long battle. In such a scenario, Online Classes is the only solution and believe me, it is not a bad solution. Every educational institution around the globe is using the same medium to impart knowledge.
7. Appreciate the teachers for their hard work and for the time they are devoting for preparing videos and PPTs for the children.
Still some time is left, past is past. It's better to be late than never. Let the students start attending Classes regularly and give no chance to the teachers to ask you the reason of their absence.

Courtesy the compulsions of 'Work from Home'...and 'Stay at Home' during the Lockdown(s), you all had an opportunity to witness how your child's School & Staff worked overtime and adapted to meet the challenge of continuing your child's education despite all constraints. You saw the hard work and performance of teachers, and I am sure if you carried out a comparison of your School with the work of some others, you would definitely have felt the superiority of teachers of your School. You must have realised that teaching at DCM Schools is from head as well as heart. Teachers here have been striving hard to make your children GOOD as well as GREAT.
Let me share with you that some parents are not in favour of putting so much emphasis on 'goodness' (strange but true), and they may like to change the School too. Here we wish that we may fill the consequent void with children (with good sanskara), and we seek your help in sharing the uniqueness of our School with others. If you are satisfied, tell others and if you are NOT satisfied, tell us. We are always open to suggestions and constructive criticism. In the present scenario, we are well aware that many of the parents have lost their jobs while some others have incurred heavy losses in their business. DCM Group of Schools always supports the society in every possible way. Let me brief you all the procedure of availing concession/scholarship. Parents can be divided into 3 categories.
1. In the first category, we have parents who belong to business backgrounds and their business is running smoothly. They are able to make savings as they have cut short their expenditure by avoiding outings and shopping. This is their duty, not to ask for concession, rather contribute extra, if they can.
2. Second category is of the parents who are sufferers still can manage with a cut in budget for purchase of non- essential items. Even they should not ask for concessions. Unfortunately, a few of them have availed the concession in the beginning when the School had no idea of the damage caused by covid 19. A sort of chain reaction has started since then. Everyone tried to take the advantage. I request parents falling in this category not to ask for concessions. They should rather surrender the concession already being availed so that School can lend a helping hand to the parents who genuinely deserve it.
3.In the 3rd category, we have parents who have faced downfall in their business and lost their jobs or have suffered setbacks because of deduction in their salaries. It is our duty to look after them, provided they prove that they are unable to pay full fee and need concession. Procedure for the same is that they will have to submit the bank statement till date. It should be on their salary account. On the children front, the child should have attended classes regularly and have earned more positive in anecdotal record and must have appeared for the first term exams too. School will like to interact with such parents. Here I would like to mention that no bank statement through email will be entertained. If they do not turn up and present their case, it will be assumed that they are not interested to continue with School and are just waiting for the School to reopen. My advice to them would be that they should apply for SLC and we assure that no charges will be taken from them. Parents should observe the online classes and see the hard work and dedication of the teachers. I am sure that they will be very much convinced.

Today I am writing to draw your kind attention towards our School Website which is a wonderful resource in itself and has information that can help your child to excel in life . Let me share with you the usefulness of some of the icons.
1. Alumni Section: Contains the list of alumni who can make a great impact on today’s generation. Many of them are doctors, and engineers.Two of them are IAS officers and one girl is a part of the Judiciary too. Showing your children this list ,will inspire them to strive harder, to earn a place in this prestigious list.
2. EHV Recording and Meditation Sessions: Even if you have seen these earlier ,it is worth a repeat view. Show them each recording one by one and ask them questions at the end. I am sure it will be quality time.
3.Anecdotal Record: Open their anecdotal record in front of them . First praise them for the positive(s) which they have got, then counsel them about the negative remarks/entries. Discuss areas where there is scope of getting a positive remark. Make them commit to some action plan.
4. Future Plan: Check the future plan(s) and tell the child what he/she is going to get in future.
5. 4C Factor (Class, Corridor, Campus and Community): Show them the slides in each domain one by one. If they are participants in any slide they will feel happy , otherwise they will get inspired to do some good activity and earn a mention in future coverage.
6. Article(s) published in Newspaper: There are many students whose articles are published in newspapers. This encourages them to write more and more because when the name of a child gets published , he/she will be further inspired. Ask them to read the article if they can understand.
There are many other areas covered in the School Website which will help the children to know more about the school activities, about their own selves, and about life in general. They will have a reason to feel proud of their school, which is very important and urgent too.

Today I am writing this mail, to address a serious misconception. The misgiving some parents carry, that while children are being given only 3 periods of 'Online classes' why is the school charging full fee. Let me share some relevant details and insights in this context.Firstly, please rest assured that NO compromise is being made with the curriculum. Online classes have been planned so as to cover all subjects laid down in the syllabus. This planning and preparation too, takes a fair amount of extra time and efforts of our teachers and resource heads. Besides, teaching aids like video & audio clips impactful online teaching, have to be creatively planned and prepared by each concerned teacher. Please do appreciate the fact that it is much simpler to communicate in a real class environment vis a vis the virtual online environment. Conduct of online classes is all the more strenuous for our teachers, as they are obliged to work extra NOT ONLY for readjusting and condensing the subject matter, and do additional research and labour to ensure full justice to the subject, but also to attend ‘Observer Duty' (at least 2 classes daily) to assist some other teacher in his/her online class, by monitoring attendance, observing attentiveness of each student, and helping in class control. In addition each teacher has to cover 'the extra mile' to ensure ready online feedback for parents, by completing anecdotal records of each student. Just to quantify this extra effort, each teacher conducts 3 online classes, puts in additional 3 classes worth of time for creative planning & research, 2 classes for ‘Observer Duty', 1 period worth for anecdotal entries, a period worth (daily average) for CBSE Skill Enhancement Workshop(s), meeting/session by Director/ Principal, for maintaining daily parental contact, and for copy checking. It is not an exaggeration to say that each teacher is actually investing minimum 12 periods worth of time and effort daily to ensure that educational needs of your children continue without compromise in the prevailing pandemic ridden environment where every facet of life has been substantially compromised. Teachers are doing their duty without complaining, as they understand that this is what society expects from them in this adverse time. In return, all that they (and I personally) look forward to, is that you all at least realise, if not appreciate or applaud their extra labour, and certainly do not undervalue their effort, to save one full year of your children. The least they deserve is uninterrupted remuneration. I hope you share my/our perspective on this fundamental issue a lot better now.

During this crisis, most of the children are facing problems of loneliness and Physical inactivity. Due to this they are frustrated .You all will agree that they are not mature enough to cope up and manage this emotional unrest. They do not understand the importance of losing touch of an academic year. Here your role as Parents is crucial in making them realize the importance of regular online classes and maintaining Indoor physical exercise .You parents should deal intelligently and ease the situation dealing politely but firmly with them. To keep a check on them, the anecdotal record will help you. If you have missed the EHV class, please watch the recording or you can call the class in charge. The teacher will guide you to check the record of your child on a daily basis. Presently when the teacher calls you to tell something negative about the child, the child does not let you know as he knows how to delete the information of missed calls too. The negativity that the teachers are facing at present is as follows:
1.Not attending the class on pretext of connection problems.
2.Attending the class for attendance only and joining late or leaving early from class.
3.Not completing H.W and doing revision of the lessons taught.
4.Misusing mobile to play video games and chat with classmates.
Presently the child is confused and needs to be counselled as once he will be off the track, it will be difficult to bring him at par with the class academically. But if the child is aware that teachers can convey their misdeed through other means , he/she will be careful . Please learn to accept the positivity as well as negativity of a child accordingly and encourage him /her for positive and counsel for negative to make this academic year also fruitful.

I notice that so far, as per consent(s) received, just about 29% parents have expressed willingness to allow their children/wards, to physically attend School. Others are evidently more interested in continuing with 'Online Classes' only. Let us therefore, make our 'on line classes' more EFFECTIVE. Our biggest worry is "ABSENTEEISM". Many children continue to miss 'on line classes' for very petty reasons. There are numerous instances where children, or sometimes even parents, make lame and flimsy excuses like 'net connectivity problem' etc, to justify 'absence from an 'Online session'. Can we expect such parents to be a little more RESPONSIBLE and CONSCIENTIOUS ? Do such children and parents, really believe that by missing one class, the child ACTUALLY MISSES ONLY ONE CLASS ? Let me correct such a mindset by emphasising that for every ONE DAY OF ABSENCE, it actually takes AT LEAST THREE DAYS for a student to come back at par with the Class. You are therefore, advised once again, to regularly check anecdotal record of your ward(s) and keep an eye on their activities so that later on there is NO repentance about 'Lost Learning Opportunities', or misgivings about quality of teaching in our Online sessions. We MUST make the best of this adverse situation, by maximising usefulness of Online Classes, for the children. Our children have just been through their mid term exams after completion of first half of the syllabus, and at the very outset my THANKS and compliments to all teachers, and parents, who actively worked or cooperated to make this possible.The task did seem difficult in the beginning but now that we are through with it, I am quite convinced that ONLINE Classes :-
1. If conducted/ attended seriously, can be equally good.
2. Save a lot of time and give enough time to children for revision.
3. Scope for parental/student interaction is still open.
I understand that CHANGE always meets initial resistance, and the same happened in case of online classes too. We, as well as you all, were apprehensive how the whole syllabus which teachers used to cover in 8 periods, could be covered in 3 periods only. But let me tell you that these 3 periods of online classes were actually no less than the 9 periods of regular school. A regular class period is of 35 minutes, but when we exclude time taken by a teacher to reach the class, check work books, check any other individual problem, carry out any other instruction given, the effective teaching/learning time does get substantially reduced. Some revision tests used to be also taken quite frequently during that regular class time only. We saved all that time and concentrated mainly on completing the syllabus. Video Clips and other teaching aids for complete syllabus, which were not quite easy to arrange, were also arranged by the teachers, and the result is in front of you all to see. After marking the papers we are left with mixed feelings. Children who were serious (and parents who were vigilant and cooperative), have ended up with good results, but there were other students,(and parents too) who evidently did not think much of online classes, and they lost time initially. By July, nearly everyone became serious and many of the students who were intelligent but not serious in the beginning, could still catch up.
In the prevailing situation, it would be good to realise that there is no other option with us except to go for online classes, unless we want our children to lose one year. You all need to join hands with us.Our expectation from you, is quite basic :-
1. Instead of blaming your child for scoring low, better to counsel the child and prepare for next semester.
2. Keep an eye on their work and generally ask at the end of the day about what was taught and about Home Work, too. You need not to be competent with curriculum. Your job is to see only the writing part, whether your child is doing it on a regular basis or not. There is no scope for "No Home Work", so if your child tells you there is no homework, better confirm from the teacher.
3. Make it a habit to see the 'anecdotal' record on a daily basis so that you may be aware of all positive and negative feedback about your child on a daily basis.
Dear Parents, if you cooperate, we will be able to save the full academic year of your children. We have no other choice except to seek your cooperation on this issue. We can provide you the 'PDF Question Papers' of the top Scorer if you want to see the performance of others but with a request that you must not de-motivate your child by comparing ,rather tell him/her that whatever is past cannot be undone but the future can certainly be made better. The future depends upon present. Better live in present, learn from the past, put in hard work and score better next time.

The feedback received so far, from you, gives me the impression that you still fail to appreciate the fact that the concept of 'Online Education', has come to stay.

Let me at the outset, re state that NOT only in the situation of COVID compelled Lockdown(s) for schools, but beyond the Lockdown(s) too, this practice of 'Online Classes' will continue to be in use to supplement regular classes, and complement classroom education.Just think rationally, in the existing situation do we have any other alternative with us? Children may not be matured enough to understand but we (that includes you all), certainly are.The Ministry of Education (new name for erstwhile Min of HRD, as per new Education Policy- 2020) too, has issued a Policy Paper "PRAGYATA - Guidelines For Digital Education" highlighting the necessity of 'Online Education'.No use therefore, in keeping your eyes closed to this necessity of the future, and resisting this change.Better instead, to accept the change and adapt for it in time.

You are probably thinking that just because of the fee angle the School is pressing you for 'Online Classes' for your child.While continuing to impart education despite the COVID Challenge, is a major duty of a School no doubt, and fee does become important for sustaining such endeavours, there are other aspects too.Children will remain children, and given abundant free time and access to unregulated content on cyber space, if not kept occupied in positive educational activities your children are only likely to go astray. I need not go into the possibilities and implications.So an equally major matter of concern for us as 'Educators' while emphasizing attendance at 'Online Sessions', is to save your children from the multiple distractions available in the environment.
