1. How can I check the conduct of my child on daily basis?
You can check your child’s academic as well as behavioural performance through the ANECDOTAL RECORD.

2. What is the procedure for checking the anecdotal record?
• Go to school website
• Click on the Parent’s icon.
• Click on Anecdotal Portal.
• In first column write sXXXX (4 digit of Admission No.)
• Write Date of birth of child in format: ddmmyyyy (02062007)
• for montessori)write in format: dd-mm-yyyy (02-06-2007) • Sign in : you will be able to view .

3. What if I am unable to pay the fee because of my financial constraints?
We will check your previous record and income mentioned in admission and profession of yours and performance of the child in class till date through anecdotal and vice principal will take the decision, as already too much concession is given . Few more will be accommodated but only on merit and school decision will be final.
4. What if I want to get admission of my other ward studying somewhere else.
Admission will be provided only after receiving SLC from the leaving school and fee payment status verified till date in that school.

5.When will the Final Term Exams be conducted for the session 2021-22?
The school will be soon sharing the final term details with parents on the school website.

6. Will it be online or offline?
It will be conducted offline, but the details will be shared with parents soon depending upon the situation.

7. How to attempt papers on 'Pariksha Portal'
• Go to School portal
• Scroll down the cursor
• Click on Pariksha Portal
To login :
a) Use username as dcmpkl_S(Admission No) for e.g. dcmpkl_S4333
b) In password kindly fill DOB in the format ddmmyyyy (for e.g. 01062007)

8. How to check the previous Question/Answers of Word-I-Pedia quiz?
• Click on Daily Quiz Tab on home page.

9. When will the winter break begin?
• From 1st January to 10 January.

10. How will I be able to contact the concerned teacher if need arises?
• Kindly send a written note a day before. The availability of the teacher will be informed through phone to you.

11. When are Office tests 2 and 3 beginning?
• It is tentatively beginning from 17th January to 19th February.

12. When are the annual exams beginning for this session?
•Tentatively they begin from 28th February.

13. Will the final exams be conducted Online or Offline?
• The final exam will be conducted Offline.

14. When will the new session start?
•It is tentatively beginning from 24 March 2022.

15. Is there any scope of conducting Online exam if a child faces some genuine reason?
• The decision will be taken by the school authorities depending upon the severity of the situation.

16. Is there any transport facility for students in the new session?
• The school buses will ply on all routes regularly.

17. Is there any sports facility for students in the morning and in the evening on the school campus?
• Yes, various sports facilities are available on the school campus.

18. Is there any facility to pay the school fee Online?
• Yes, Go to school website.
